NPC Prices thats Outrageous

This is something ive wondered about for awhile I started in 09 sp the game had been out for years at that time so i dont know how much stuff was years ago but there is TONS and TONS of items listed to be able to be bought from from almost every NPC thats jus crazy prices ... doesnt this take up a lot of memory? Not sayin to lessen the price jus take it away yall have numbers im sure on those crazy priced items and how many are sold im sure it has to be like none ... not knowing there is the wiki or AH sites you should know there is an auction house and to check the prices there 1st so to me its wasted space ...
