One of the biggest problem RDM still faces...

Is that we still don't stack well with other jobs that are regarded as more important than us.

RDM/SCH for Enspell 1s for your party doesn't play nice with a DNC or a /DNC. You can have one or the other and most people would rather have Haste Samba, because they should from a DPS standpoint. Make Enspells and Sambas play nice.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Enspells also override the Addiditional Affects from all items, including Excalibur's 25% of current HP additional damage. At least make Enspells be overridden by all additional affect by equipment. That way you can enjoy you additional affects when they go off and your enspell damage when they don't.

RDM refresh doesn't stack with sublimination. Pick one and stick with it is how you have to go currently. If you have WHM/SCH for Light Arts, then you don't gain any benefit from a RDM in your party.

RDM/WHM and WHM don't stack either. We can have higher potency bar spells, but their merited AOEs still give MDB which is just better. Every good group should have a WHM, so you are basically saying go home RDM, your higher enhancing magic means nothing to a group.

Gain and Boost Spells don't stack either. As a RDM, you gain no actual benefit from having a WHM around even though everyone in the party does. Our Gains are theoretically there to allow us to make up some of our lack of proficiency with higher customizable stats. But they are only theory, because in actuality we lose out on the Boost line of stats from WHM. We can already stack GAIN/BOOST and ABS spells so there is already 2 different sets of stat boosts that can be implemented at a time. Adding a 3rd shouldn't be something that can't be implemented. It just sounds like personal discrimination again RDM.

Self Enhancing that doesn't even stack with other buffs seems rather foolish.

All great suggestions but I doubt they will fix this - their reasoning probably in the line of "balancing" and "too difficult" to adjust. God forbid we are going to be flooded with youtube videos of hordes of rdms soloing NMs everywhere. They want to make sure that RDM is gimped, stay gimped, and pretty much not needed in party or most game events. Otherwise RDM would be simply "overpowered". I say it's laziness from developer side.

I do agree with this. We should have more to offer party support wise, hopefully in some way to enhance everyone else's performance.

If you have a WHM and a RDM/WHM in your party the RDMs job should be enfeebling, there's no need for most of that to stack. It's like you completely forgot that we have the best enfeebling magic in the game. I can agree with the rest of your post though.

Best enfeebling magic.. yea that works out real well... can't wait to fight NMs and land Gravity (II) on them - ohwait I just made myself sad.
