[dev1037] Symbols in Macro Names

• An update will be implemented allowing players to use certain symbols (+-*=/!?<>, etc.) in macro names.
  *It is currently not possible to use the auto-translate dictionary in macro names.

*Added on November 25:

• Macro titles will now display up to eight characters on the Windows version (at resolutions of 1024 horizontal pixels or greater) and the Xbox 360 HD version.

• The location of the macro palette will be adjusted so that it no longer overlaps with the HP/MP/TP display.
  * As of November 25, 2011, we have confirmed an issue where the adjustment on the location of the macro palette is not implemented properly. The investigation is currently underway and we ask for your patience in this matter until the issue is addressed.
