[EU] Regarding the Special In-game Present for Transfers

On Sep. 21, 2011, we began delivering the "rounsey wand" in-game item to all players who completed the Square Enix account transfer within the designated transfer period.

Rounsey wands will be delivered via the Mog House Management Union (MHMU) to all characters associated with eligible accounts. Eligible players will be able to retrieve the item from their delivery boxes.

* Deliveries will be made in sequence, so some characters may receive their items later than others.
* Delivery boxes already at maximum capacity will not be able to receive the item. If your delivery box is full, please create some space and another delivery attempt will be made within a few days.
