The hidden "occasionally deals double damage" and "occasionally deals triple damage" effect on Relic weapons will not proc on an attack if double attack or triple attack also proc on the same attack. However ODD on Empyrean weapons will proc on double/triple attack. Is this a bug or is it intentional?

Steps: Equip lvl 95 Mandau and attack any monster. Triple damage will never take effect on an attack round where double attack or triple attack has also taken effect.
