More availability on utsusemi ni scroll

Utsusemi: Ni is of the utmost important spell in this game for anyone levelling ninja whether it's for a main or a subjob, but its rarity is limited to a level 40 BCNM and doesn't always guarantee a drop.

Since Abyssea most people level up via Abyssea, thanks to the level entry being reduced to 30. Beastmen seals do not drop in Abyssea so this reduces the amount of seals people can spare. That in turn has caused the availability of the scroll of Utsusemi: Ni to become less and less and has inflated its value due to high demand.

I am pleading SE to make the scroll for Utsusemi:Ni a little more accessible, whether buyable from an NPC or from a Notorious Monster drop. Players need more access to this highly important scroll that works in coordination to the new levelling system.

Level your subjobs outside abyssea, and your main jobs to 75 outside abyssea, that should get you enough scrolls do to something like 2-3 royal jellies.

If you leveled all your jobs to 90+ inside abyssea, you should have enough cruor to buy Utsu Ni with the blinkers trick.

Utsu ni scrolls are one of the few things bseals are still useful for.
