Former "End Game" Materials, Specifically Cashmere.

And yes I know there'll be people who complain, mostly those of you in large eng game shells who get a cut, but cashmere needs to be nerfed.(On that not I hate BRD. lol) SE already when out of thier was to add to abyssea chests nearly every other material of the sililar JSE gear, completely destroying all value to it. Yet, for some reason cashmere was left untouched and at the rediculous price of 1 million per piece of thread. They need to concider where to redistribute, the now high-mid level materials, since they are no longer "end game."

Hay SE, make vendors where we can buy ever piece of gear, every material, and every crystal for only 1g.

Go kill Bahamut. It's not hard, you can do it with 3 people.

There are multiple materials and items that don't make any sense whatsoever as to why they're so hard to obtain... Cashmere is one of them... I often wonder if SE even knows what items they have created and actively keeps up with who drops what... A lot of drops just don't make good sense... I'm sure everyone can think of at least one drop from a HNM that's totally useless and has no business being there...

Mixed feelings on this one. But, I believe that S/E needs to keep some high cost items in the game. Not everything should be available to the point that it becomes worthless. I say add it as an ingredient to a high level crafted item so that it has a reason to be that expensive. There still needs to be items that take a team to get. Not everything needs to be available to solo.

Please NERF cashmere like you have done for pretty much every other former end game crafting material and put them into sturdy pyrixs.

Cashmere has managed to cling to its high price due to 2 factors actually. The first is of course the rarity of the material, but the other one, which everyone seems to have completely overlooked, is Juogi. Basically they have given a material with limited uses a new use, like they did with Wyrm horn, Molybdenum sheet and I assume some other JSE specific materials.

High price? Sure. Worth it? Judge for yourself, Cashmere should be more readily available than ever before with the raised level cap and untouched Vrtra. If you want the good stuff you have to stop complaining about how hard things are to get while watching your moogle spin and get out there (with some friends of course) and work for it.

While it does have uses in the Juogi, I think, Highly, that if it was added to Brown Caskets, the Price would drop by nearly 75%, or more.

Sure, it would drop in price, but what good would that be? Like Dazusu said quite sarcastically, make everything 1 gil from vendors. End point is that certain items need to be rare in order to make the game fun and challenging. What would you rather do? Kill a billion level 50 mobs alone or go hunt a level 95 HNM with friends? If the former is your answer you don't need cashmere, if the latter is your answer you probably do "need" it and will eventually get it with some effort. Aside from that, nice to know some items are still worth the effort to get.

End point, the game is easy enough and has enough useless and worthless (H)NM drops as it is.

I actually wouldn't care either way if it Remained Unnerfed, or Nerfed. Juogi was a good item, But Its not as good as it was when it was first released, The only reason it remains expensive is cause of the ingredients :o
