As i understand that ppl who do account transfer during Jul 27 - Aug 31 will get a reward wand (Rounsey Wand) .
How about ppl who already link their account to SE account? Exp. ppl who use Security Token who must already linked their PoL account to SE account for long ago will also get this reward?
or it's just for ppl who transfer during that time only?

Account linking is a requirement for account transfer.
Yeah, when we got our tokens we only had to link our accounts together. This is transferring the account. Something completely different.
A shame it's only the payment part of the account that is transfered. I think a lot of people would have no objections of unshackling the skeleton of POL altogether.
I don't mind POL so much. It's PS2 I'd like to unshackle, if only to see what kind of excuses SE would come up with for stuff afterwards.
