Just a suggestion, but if your doing a quest for job seals and the drop rates are already super low, could you change it so that only seals for the job your currently on drop rather than a random seal for a job you dont even have leveled?
Or make it so that we can trade seals via NPC at a rate of say... 3 of one seal for 1 of a seal you want. (kind of like what you did with seals and crests for BCNM/KSNM's)
