Battle Mastery - Proposed JA

I'm not saying this is the end-all, be-all answer to PLD's current issue, but I believe this will give us some help in finding a spot in the current game state. Please keep in mind that this is from the view-point of a new PLD.

Description
Converts a percentage of the Paladin's VIT and Defense in to STR and Attack.

For example, a percentage of the PLD's VIT can be converted to STR, and Defense in to Attack. Just for this example, we'll go with 30%.

A PLD with 500 Defense will see an Attack boost of 150 points, while Defense is lowered by the same amount.

A PLD with 100 VIT will see a STR boost of 30 points, while VIT is lowered by the same amount.

Obviously this isn't something that'll be used when tanking something that hits hard, but I feel as if this can be helpful in the low-man situations that PLD gets passed up on.
