Nobody will tell you out of the (completely justified) fear that SE will nerf the price if it becomes too well known and popular.

Anything that drops off mobs that you would be killing anyway. No investment means they offer the most profit.

NPC-able items.

Everything and anything that you can sell to an NPC = Profit.

You can get more profit by selling stacks of certain items on AH though.
