Insead of getting "X's woodworking skill rises .1 points", I'm getting "... rises 1 points."

Obviously, I'm not seeing full point skillups, but after getting over a dozen of these messages, I'm not getting the .1 skillups either.

Any other crafters seeing this behavior?
