I've been playing the trial version and I'm hooked.<br />

Now I'm wanting to purchase the full version of FFXI, however when I navigate to the <a href="https://au.store.square-enix-games.com/final-fantasy_-xi_-ultimate-collection-seekers-edition---digital" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Square Enix Store page (Australia)</a>, it informs me that it's unavailable and 'Sold Out'?<br />
<br />
That seems incredibly strange to me for a digital storefront, especially right now when so many campaigns are in place driving players to purchase the game.<br />
<br />
Does this happen often? Is it a known issue?<br />
Surely Square Enix would be ensuring the store is working correctly during an enormous sales campaign such as now?<br />

I have tried downloading them via Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. <br />

Another constant problem in Asura is lag. The game is laggy all the time, making it impossible to play properly. You do take in mind that this service isn't free, right? Because I see you all so happy posting things in your main page and social media but, you haven't solved this issue at all, and I've already reported it through your different channels and you're not doing anything to fix it. If that's how things are going to be, then Square Enix might as well not charge the subscription fee and nobody will say anything. There are free games that provide better support and problems like this are solved quick, but here, I don't see any kind of commitment to offering the community a service that justifies what we pay per month.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:<br />

P.S.: And before you come at me with nonsense about checking my connection cables, I've included all the pictures even a speed test done from my own PC, so you can see that everything here works perfectly fine except FFXI.<br />
