- One of the NPC "Dealer Moogle" in Port San d'Oria/Port Bastok/Port Windurst/Chocobo Circuit

This issue was addressed by a several areas emergency maintenance on May 12, 2026 22:30 (PDT)/ May 13, 2026 5:30 (GMT)/6:30 (BST).
