I for some reason have lost my ability to access this option. I have points, I've edited them before. But for some reason now I can only see merit, and job point options. :confused:

Quest Bug: From Saplings Grow (RNG Weapon Skill Trial)

I'm currently working on progress to complete the quest From Saplings Grow (the weapon skill trial for Archery) to get the weapons skill "Empyreal Arrow".

I have reached the step where you used the Bow of Trials and got the appropriate amount of points needed for the latent effect to disappear (which I have, the latent effect on the weapon is not applied to my character). When going to trade the weapon to the NPC Perih Vashai in Windurst Woods to progress the quest, nothing happens. When I try to speak to her, she treats it as if I never had the quest and attempts to give me another Bow of Trials which I cant accept since I already have one. The quest does not show on my quest log now and I cannot complete it.
