2) Trade any Kupon that grants Artifact, Relic or Empyrean gear for a singular job, such as Mog Kupon A-sEmp
3) Notice the spelling of "Ninjaa" in the menu, where it should be "Ninja"

1. Equip "Brass Rod" on a Hume male character.
2. See that it displays incorrectly on Hume Males. (The texture on the weapon is missing/the weapon is white).
3. When I equipped the weapon on Mithra or Hume female, the weapon displayed correctly.

Steps:
I've killed nearly every Dhalmel in the game and the drop rate seems to be rare (5%) or less on all of them.
You used to get 1-3 hides from Tahrongi / Buburimu / Altepa Dhalmels but that's no longer the case.
The drop rate used to be common - very common (15% and 24% respectively) on these Dhalmels as well, that's also no longer the case.

The bug is that his descriptor does not clearly define what item's he accepts. I understand some of these items were added to the game after his trade-in quest was created. As a result, his descriptor is now ambiguous.
