im trying to order expansions on a EU POL with an EU account with a US credit card.. and i get this error saying i need to update my payment info which i did 3 times and make sure you content id's are not deactivated.. the thing is i get the same error trying to check my content id's

i was told by my friend that he deactivated the playonline id on this.. does it maybe mean that i have to wait until the billing peroid begins again with my new billing information to get in before i can do any of this?
