So I missed the chance to get this ring, and I was wondering if it was going to be like the Anniversary Ring where we got the chance to obtain it a later date in time. (Any chances of something like that happening with this ring?)

the only people who got anni rings at a later time were those who reactivated after that event, but it was a special promotion as far as I know.

Yeah you're not really missing out on much even if your'e leveling outside Abyssea EXP is fast enough that missing it won't slow you down too much
