The suggestion I offer is one that is related to 'new animations'.
I know that such a feat requires development time away from 'other matters', but with the release of content such as 'new job emotes' I digress.
To put it simply : Elemental black magic; all elemental 'cast animations' show the same animation. If all forms of "Stone" through "Stone V" were to share an earth based casting animation (such as rocks forming around the caster) such a 'refinement' will be used and enjoyed infinitely more than these 'job emotes'.
Though socially, I see where the 'job emotes' are exciting.
But as players spend more time in battle than not - I feel like such a refinement will be well received by the player base community.
And I would also like to add that 'all' job abilities share the same animation upon activation. There are different visual effects but to put it bluntly, we all 'hump the air' when we do something.
I feel as though these 'refinements' are not at all necessary, however such refinements will impact all if not most players in terms of enjoyment.
If anybody knows the game "Romancing Saga" developed by Square, you should know what I am talking about. Casting Terrology / Aerology / Cosmology/etc.
It's just unfortunate that such a small but great visual feature was left out of a much bigger game on a grander scale, with a bigger audience.
