Updating the Outpost Vendors!!

I think the vendors at the outposts should have more stuff for sale!

Low level ammo, bait/fishing gear, and maybe some food based on which faction owns the outpost at the time??

I think vendors in general need updating.

I think some Vendors need updating in terms of low-level stuff... Reduce prices of potions/ethers/stuff, add more to the shops.

But Other Vendors like Armor/weapon/etc were never meant to be "used" past a certain level i think. The idea was to have a player-run economy (Auction House) and Vendors were more or less just... put there to waste space?

I think Medicine vendors should be adjusted, just for the sake of low level players, but the others i think should be left along.

Maybe Guild Vendors too though...?
