Error Code: FFXI-2002(Unable to reserve required memory.) ‹Huh?!›

‹Help me out!› Devs ^^;

This has been a recurring issue I've been having (along with some others I won't mention here because I want to actually record it versus just describe it) while playing on the Xbox 360. I fell asleep while standing in Port Jeuno again only to find this lovely Error message looking at me when I awoke. This isn't the 1st time this has happened, and even after calling the customer service folks (who had never heard of this error before), I've found no solution to the problem.

"Error Code: FFXI-2002
Unable to reserve required memory. Press OK to shut down."

Thank you for taking the time to post in the forums. I apologize for the trouble that error code has been causing. You said you spoke to the Customer Service already, but the thread was moved to Technical Support. They may be able to assist with getting rid of that error. Thanks again!

So long as the issue reaches the folks capable of fixing it, I'm a happy Galka! ^^ /

On a similar note though, the other issues I hinted to posting about in the OP involve in-game moments where the game visually freezes for either a 3-5 sec duration or completely. Would that in fact fall under technical support, or "Bugs"? Don't want to misplace threads again lol ^^;
