reactivating old account problems

Hi everyone, I'm coming back from the PS2 from a couple years back and I purchased the PC version. I cant seem to find a place to input my new FFXI registration codes. Under the accounts all that shows up is FFXIV and not FFXI.

I cant Log into the Playonline because I dont have a Member ID. Just my Square Enix ID and Playonline ID.

Hey! As long as you remember the Playonline ID and your playonline password you don't need member password to log in. If you can't get past the member password, try reinstalling the game completely to erase it.

You could try logging in as a guest as well, using your Playonline ID and password.

Depending on whether or not you have linked your SE account to your Playonline account you may have to enter your SE ID and password as well.

Do you want to start a new account or reactivate the old one? POL Viewer is used for FFXI account management, no the SquareEnix ID web site. You can link an FFXI account to an SE ID for login purposes, but you can't manage the account from it, you still have to use POL Viewer.

If you want to use your old account, you have to log into it with the POL ID and password. Ignore the SE Member ID and password if you haven't linked your POL ID to it. Once you do link it, it can never be unlinked.
