Hey, are there beastmen in Abyssea?

Everywhere I've gone I've seen nothing but normal monsters in Abyssea. So I'm just wondering if Beastmen are in Abyssea, and if they're not, well then why? What's the lore behind that? And if there is none, and there are no beastmen in abyssea, why? If there are, where?

Yes. There are beastmen inside Abyssea.

The three main beastmen tribes are not present.

We do, however, have the Gigas, the Goblins, and the Tonberries.

Yes, that's right. I should've remembered the tonberries from the numerous amounts of time that I've spent getting that abyssite from Konschtat, lol. But I was thinking of the Orcs, the Quadav, and Yagudo. I haven't seen one - why is that? Is it explained in the story line?

They're probably either extinct or hiding.

Perhaps the magicite annihilated them when the crystal line vanished.

Before abyssea you lost to (lolspoilers)Promathia he/she went on a beastmen killing rampage and hunted them to extinction. After this hunt you were very tired which is why you lost.
