Crashing when gear swapping in City zones.

Details:
Random crashes in certain city zones after gear swapping. Standard windows error comes up when this occurs. The issue started occuring after I installed Treasures of Aht Urhgan via the new Abyssea Ultimate Collection download, it never occured before then. I have tried File Checks and a complete reinstall and the issue is still occuring.

Steps:
Crashes happen when I gear swap (either manually or via macros) in Port Jeuno, San d'Oria or the Mog House of either zone. I am not sure if other zones affect this

This problem is still persisting, and still only ever occuring either in city zones, or when I change job. Windows just says PlayOnline has crashed, and the Reliability Report confirms it's pol.exe. I have reinstalled the whole game from scratch, tried both the PoL client from the Ultimate Collection and the Download link on the PlayOnline website, with no change. Any ideas on what the problem is?

After having to reinstall windows from scratch, it crashed again, but gave me a bug report:
Just an added note, apparently, my friend's brother who also just purchased the Ultimate Collection is having the same issues...
