Title says it all.
Now with this lottery comes the ability to transfer some items over from mules to main, like seals and such. Although, that would generally be a waste of a winning in my opinion, others might see this to be advantageous.
My point being, assuming that I won rank 1 on my mule, that would limit drastically the number of winning choices I would pick. I really would like a Nirvana, since its almost impossible to get one on Asura now, since nobody does any ToAU...anything.
I don't see why mythic/relic/emp weapons were limited between characters, but since there is an option to get one of the following on a mule from mog lottery, why is there a limitation on that?
I thought the actual goal was to delete gil from the economy with this lottery, why encourage people to choose gil on their mules if they win rank 1?

It would suck to win a #1 rank prize on a mule, and end up having to pick the gil prize because you can't transfer the weapons / other stuff. :(
Please fix!

If you could transfer bonanza marbles, then you could just buy 10 more, transfer them, buy 10 more, transfer them....
It would be abused up the wazoo.

I think they should just give everyone in the game a free relic/mythic/empyrean (your choice) once per year. That gear is too hard to obtain for normal people and I deserve one just like everyone else.

And you don't do this with mules anyway?
If you limit them to only transferring between mules, like seals are, then what's the difference between sending your mule 20k gil and buying the balls from your main and transferring it to your mule? You are still limited to 10 per character, so what's the abuse?

No, you wouldn't still be limited to 10 per character, because anything in the delivery box is in limbo. You could pump any number of marbles into someone's dbox, "recieve" them (but not take them out of the box)" then fill the send box up with marbles again. Before you say they wouldn't allow that, this already allows you to have multiples of Rare items, as anything in the delivery system doesn't count.
So in effect, you could get any number of marbles this way. What would then stop people from just buying a jillion marbles and just straight up buying whatever prize they want?

Well, two things:
1) Gil, you can't have unlimited amounts, I see what you are saying though, you are talking about the crafter's DB thingy.
2) Even still, there is already an imposed limit of number of marbles per character. Unless I'm mistaken and you can toss a marble and get another one as long as you don't hit that 10 limit. But even then, how hard would it be to impose a 10 ball limit anyway?
But lets say for s#its and giggles that you are right and it might be abused, why is there a limitation on relic/mythic/emp weapons anyway? I would understand if the level 80+ relic/mythic weapons have "augumented" stats on it, like say Fay weapons, it would be hard to keep track of all the auguments between characters, but these are straight up stats. One level 90 Nirvana on one character is the same as another level 90 Nirvana on another character.

Because powerful things that must be earned like that should not be transferrable to other characters. all the relic/AF/etc are all unsendable either. The transferability of rare/ex items was limited to certain things for a reason. They want individual characters to have to earn certain things, even on the same account. The feature was added for storage's sake, not for making all of your characters as powerful as one's sake.

So the marbles aren't deliverable because you can bypass the limit of 10 per character, understandable. Now the weapons and armors aren't sendable because you want people to earn them on that character. This is less understandable as they are earned, and I'm not sure why the achievement has to be tied to the character and not the player, but it is acceptable.
However the Bonanza prizes arent earned at all, they are pure luck. If a player is lucky enough to win a top prize, but unlucky to have that marble on a mule then I'm not sure the player should be forced to take a gil prize when he or she wants one of those rare weapons or armors. The best compromise would seem to be since all of those prizes come from coupons that the coupons themselves be deliverable between characters on the same account.
Here is to hoping SE will allow that. :)

Another level 1 to filter.
On topic, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to transfer them if you win on a mule or not. Can send just about everything else now including many of the other RA/EX mog bonanza rewards.

I still state that relic/mystic/emp weapons should be transferable between mules.
Maybe not balls since that can be abused by send/return feature, but since they allowed us to transfer non-augumented items, why not level 85 relic/mystic/emp weapons? I mean, they aren't complete, they don't have the trial number on them, and they don't have any additional stats associated with them?
Think it might be a coding issue?
and blackbelt items please i jus know one of my mules will win a rank 4 and il finally be 3/3 just not on the same character lol

The 10k pieces can be traded, but the cat's eye alexandrite can't for some reason. I have no idea why they'd make that EX.

What about sky/see gear that you need to progress to get. You can send brutal earrings and homam gear sea torques so on.

I personally don't see any reason why relic weapons and whatnot are non-transferable. As stated previously, the hard work to obtain the weapon on a single character has already been done. Leveling and gearing up another character, on the same account, doesn't create any real advantage as you still can't dual box with them.
I also agree that mog bonanza marbles should be muleable. In fact, you should be able to buy more then 10 per character... because if you were to really try and buy an item from the bonanza, you'd be staring at this:
Rank 5 Prize Guarantee : 10 Marbles x 2000 Gil =20,000 Gil
Rank 4 Prize Guarantee: 100 Marbles x 2000 Gil = 200,000 Gil
Rank 3 Prize Guarantee: 1000 Marbles x 2000 Gil = 2,000,000 Gil
Rank 2 Prize Guarantee: 10,000 Marbles x 2000 Gil = 20,000,000 Gil
Rank 1 Prize Guarantee: 100,000 Marbles x 2000 Gil = 200,000,000 Gil
And lets not even get into the sheer amount of time it would take to purchase that many marbles. Even if you had the time and the Gil, you would actually save money to just buy the items than you would to pay those absurd prices.
