Abyssea Collection EU codes to NA account

I've had a NA account for a number of years now.

I currently reside in Australia.

After seeing the Abyssea Collection on sale, I figured I would catch up on the expansions I was missing by applying this collection to my existing NA account.

I purchased the Abyssea Collection from Steam and received my two codes.

When trying to apply these codes to my NA POL + NA Account. I receive the following error:

"UCS-4001 Invalid registration code. Please check your registration code and try again."

I have triple checked that the code entered was the one provided by Steam.

After reading through these forums, I can only assume that the code I received through Steam (being in Australia) were EU codes and they are not able to be applied to a NA account.

If a GM could please respond if it is possible to transfer my (pressumably) EU codes to NA codes. Or have the EU codes manually applied to my NA account.

Alternatively, if this is not possible, am I able to receive a refund on these unused codes, so that I can purchase the correct codes for my account.

As noted in the general forum rules, this forum is for the discussion of technical issues. In the future, please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center directly for any account or billing related issues. This includes questions regarding registration codes.

That being said, we wouldn’t be able to assist you in registering registration codes from the European region to a North American PlayOnline account. The account and billing systems for those two regions are entirely separate, and this includes the registration codes that can be used for each region. Ultimately you will need to obtain a North American registration code, since you are using a North American account.
