First for my opinion i think it would not be that hard to increase the amount of items we can sell from seven to more. Just see if this works at least, If we can put up 7 items in ever AH now. We should now be able to put up 7 different items in all Auction houses, so we got higher total. coding can not be that hard or can it be ? Or better yet allow at least 25 different items to be sold.

Second is bazaars if a 3rd party website can detect items in a bazaars buy a search , can we please have that option, that if were looking for a item thats being bazaard we can do a in game search and find that person or those people selling such items and have there location with there position on the map and there highlighted.

Third thing , do you really need that many things not to be able to be sold? Like lower lv gear mainly some mid level gear also thats R/EX and some crafting items. Anymore with addition of aybessea and all other stuff , square all but killed the gil sellers.

Fourth Thing there been alot people over the years that spent alot time and effort crafting and it seems that square all but abandon it, can square atleast allow synergy players to be able to bazaar there evolith gears, and can it be possible that square can look into it since it would be stupid they put that much work and time for only handful of players using it. From my 8 yrs playing. I have only seen 2 synergy stuff on players not sure about rest players but, from my friends and linkshell members it can almost be counted on one hand from what we seen. Also broken Auction house system and bazaar sytems destroys the benifits from the gear on the synergys' systems.

Im sure there's alot other ideas out there so list them, and I understand you need to balance from hard to get stuff to easy stuff that a player can get to be different from there peers. At the same time the game should be fun also.

Peace.

1) Placing more than seven items at a time on AH would affect supply/demand, creating lower prices for items, but lower prices would mean crafters giving up on crafting, which would soon create even higher prices for items in the long run, and also less people willing to craft.

2) If you mean ffxiah.com, they have an ability to put stuff on your character page on bazzar, anyone who searches for an item on that website would see who has what in their bazzar on your server.

3) Yes, we really need that many items sold. The list sorted by level sorts them at the highest level on down though.

4) Most of the best gear are R/E, but that doesn't mean there aren't some items that aren't sellable on AH. Rings are a good example. Food and expendable items are another. Synergy isn't all that great to be honest, only a few items are supreme, and even then they require at least 3 other people to do that with.

They already stated that they will revisit number of AH listings once some time has passed after the AH merger to see if they can't at least raise it back to what it was before they reduced it ages ago. The reason was more or less a data bandwidth issue--it was causing a lot of issues updating screens when polling the mulitple data connections at once. The hope is that by now having it all in one central point there will be sufficient throughput to increase the number of listings.

The bazaar search would be nice, but again...there is an issue with the data flow. You are talking about polling every individual character with the bazaar flag active in real time. That will generate a lot of overhead on the game servers. I think that third party site is actually a database on their server that the users post their bazaar data to, not actually a polling of the FFXI server data. The AH info is also delayed because it is replicated data that gets polled periodically throughout the day. That is why you will often not see some transactions on the really fast selling items--they fall off the server's history in between the AH site's query runs.

Again, it isn't an issue of whether they want to limit how many items are being sold--it was an issue with dataflow. When it first went global, there was too much lag trying to poll all the listings and people were getting a sort of timeout error when checking histories and such. It was reduced to relieve congestion in the AH's. Now with it being consolidated, they are hoping they will be able to raise the count back up...but they need some time to review the situation and determine if they can safely raise the cap.

I got the impression Synergy was meant to be a group activity for people to make the new items more so than a solo crafting method to make items to sell. Provided people were willing to do it, a person could gather the materials to craft a R/E piece, team up with someone with the proper skills, and trade the items to the furnace and craft things through teamwork. Problem is... people just lost interest in that shortly after it was introduced. Method is still availabe though...get the mats, find someone to craft with, and make the items--the trick is finding someone willing to do it with you. Might have to pay for the assistance.

I'd really like a retainer like in XIV. It's pretty inconsiderate to have people waste limitless electricity on this game just leaving their computers running to sell items overnight.
