View Full Version : Abyssea Summoner BP Bugs

Currently when a summoner does a bloodpact on a mob in an exp Abyssea party, ocasionally a few different things can occur during a mob dying during the cool-down between using the Blood Pact, and it occurring.

Blood Pact Rage:

Sometimes you get refunded the Blood Pact: Rage timer.
Sometimes you wasted your Blood Pact: Rage timer, and lose the MP.

Blood Pact Ward:

Your ward is cancelled, and timer remains as if you performed the BP.

The ward issue is by far the most important, if you are casting Aerial Armor, Earthen armor, and a mob dies in Abyssea in your alliance, it cancels the ward for no reason, and you lose the cooldown, and possibly the MP, although unsure on the MP.

This is not abyssea specific and has happened since the beginning of time. Wyverns, BST pets and puppets all do the same thing.

It always happens when a non-player mob/pet/etc loses the target of their "TP" move.

Can honestly say I've never seen it occur myself outside of Abyssea. It's quite possible that this bug is more prominent due to the pace of killing mobs in Abyssea in relation to what there used to be. It's still a bug none the less :P

Its suppose to work that way on pets, wyverns and automatons, not avatars.
