For some reason i can not complete the quest Groceries-Bostok Mines by trading Meat Jerky to Tami located at Bastok Mines (J-8)

When i trade Tami the Meat Jerky it seems to ignore the fact i traded them to her i have already talked to Zelman at (I-8) in Zeruhn Mines he asks me to go and get some Meat Jerky for him and then take it to Tami i do and nothing happens (i have even went back and talked to Zelman again then back to Tami but no deal)
