Basic Plans for FFXI for the next 12 months

I'm sure alot of us would like to know what's gonna happen with FFXI over the next 12 months so could you please do what ya did at vanafest last year and give us at least a basic plan of whats going to happen (even if it's only rough one and subject to change)

i'd like info on;
Any new expansions/addons or areas we may receive
What jobs might see major updates
What old content are you gonna focus on bring uptodate with the new lvl 99 FFXI.
Any fun stuff you may add ^^
