Twilight Knife additional effect bug

Monster Name: Any Undead mob

Steps:
When fighting most mobs, the additional effect of HP/MP/TP drain seems to work properly. When fighting any undead mob, the additional effect has never taken place.

I can understand the added effect of HP Drain not taking place on undead monsters, but since the spells Aspir, MP Drainkiss, and Absorb-TP will work on undead, I would expect the added effects of mp and tp drain from the twilight knife to also work occasionally.

Drain, Aspir or any other drain effect doesn't work on undead.

To be specific the text for the spell Aspir is: Steals an enemy's MP. Ineffective against undead.
