...they're not showing up when I go to Ivan in Port San d'Oria. I will try revisiting them and making sure, but I swear I activated all 8 confluces in those areas.... >.>;

Did you get the CS at the Maw, while having a traverser stone in your temp key items? If not, try that, and it should show up.

That was weird. I go to Abyssea - Altepa and get the CS, then walk in and I already have all 8 confluces. That's new to me. I knew I wasn't just dreaming when I spent 30 minutes getting all 8 of those... but still, wtf happened?? I guess I didn't get the CS the first time, but...how would that even be possible?

You had no traverser stones in your key items, but had leftover time from your previous party. This would allow you to enter abyssea, but since you had no stones, the cutscene was not triggered.
