Thats one of the better Ideas on here. I mean shes in every part of the game let we never gotten to see her outside of the hall of the gods. They could make use of exsiting areas and npcs with a quest line.

If this happens, we should get Prishe as a summonable NPC-buddy as a reward for winning.

But, I'd prefer not to ever have to fight Altana, since she seems to have everyone's best interests at heart.

I'm glad Altana hasn't made any direct appearances, really. Usually the mystique of a powerful entity is removed as soon as you give them any sort of physical form. If she ever appears, I'd like it to be in a Prince of Egypt style or something, where you just hear a voice.

Yeah I'd say no to Altana just do to the fact that your character is 1/2 of the Wings of the Goddess. (Lillisette being the other half). You'd lose access to the past anyway, since that feather you have is one of Altana's.

I wouldn't mind a little competition against the goddess...we wouldn't neccessarily need to kill her so much as it would be like a colusseum style competition for us to show her how strong we are and how deserving we are of uber gifts...so long as the we in question are tarus!
