Empire Waystone

It's only a minor issue, but the only place where you can buy a Empire Waystone is still inside one of the ferry docks in Whitegate, so we have to pay for a ferry we won't use to get one, which seems a bit pointless. Mind making it buyable from another NPC?

I find the Windurst / San d'Oria / Bastok / Jeuno npcs that warp you directly to Whitegate to be sufficient, as well as cheaper than making a teleport earring.

To use these, you must complete the Lure of the Wildcat quest for that city. Links:

Do you buy the other waystones in the airship stores? If not, them empire waystone should be changed for consistency.

Pocket change isn't the issue, it's just annoying that you have to take the ferry and the tedius cutscenes of walking to said ferry in order to get one synthesis material.
