Unable to target the Holla Telepoint?

For some reason, I can't target the Holla telepoint, and I think it's due to people standing on it, or occupying the same space, because there are 3 PCs there on top of each other, and I can't target one of the PCs. I want the gate key, but since I can't target the telepoint, I can't get it. Note that I'm not looking at the shattered telepoint or the dimensional portal, but the actual gate crystal by the chocobo.

I could target the Dem crystal just fine. No one was standing on it.

Steps:
1. Walk up to Holla gate crystal, 3 or 4 other players are standing right on it. (They seem to be inside it, like they're standing on exactly the same spot as the bottom point of the crystal.)
2. Tab through targets

2. D-pad left and right through targets with USB game controller.
3. Telepoint does not show up in the target panel.
4. "/target Telepoint" doesn't work either.

Press F8 on the keyboard while standing right in front of it, F8 will target the nearest NPC/monster to you. If you target a monster, move so you can't see any monsters on your screen, then try again.

It's a very old bug with target selection. Anytime two or more entities(players/npcs/mobs) share the same position, you cannot cycle your target through all of them.

Thank you for posting your concerns about targeting. Before submitting your report, I wanted to know if everything seemed to work out well after using the F8 key, as Rie was kind enough to bring up. It is a very helpful way to get past anyone that may be blocking any important NPC's or points of interests.
