Steps:

1. Request to become infused with Atmacite.
2. They claim it will cost 100 cruor.
3. Expend 1807 cruor.
4. Demand excess cruor be returned and refunded.

Everyone in my alliance testing it out had the same message.

When this happened, exactly what area were you in and what Atmacite did you infuse? Also, any other coincidental information you can recall about the situation may help as well.

I had a friend have this happen to them as well.

It was in Bastok Markets, and with the atmacite of Incursion. Can't recall any other information.

In Bastok Markets (present) I infused myself with atmacite of devotion and the same thing happened to me. Not gonna fill out the form.

I have had this happen both at the Windy atmacite people and the Bastok npcs. I noticed that it also was 1800 cruor to swap to a different atmacite out in the field at a rift.
