A minor issue, but I doubt it would take too much work to change. I won the rank 4 prize on a storage character a few months back before the system existed. Obviously since I had no interest in holding a sea gorget or cape on a mule, I picked the Odin Statue to greet me each time I logged onto the mule.

I would like for this item to be sendable. I don't see any reason it shouldn't be. I can understand why certain quest and mission rewards would not be sendable, but I don't get why this isn't. Making some other event items, like the Shadow Lord Statue, or nation stable teleportation scarves, sendable would be nice as well. These items are not one-time obtain like mission reward rings, so I see no reason to restrict them this way.

Other suggestions are welcome, of course.

I'd also like to see Artifact, Artifact+1, Relic, Relic+1, Empyrean, Empyrean+1, Empyrean+2 and Magian Weapons delivery boxable. I spent a lot of time working on making these items on my original character, it'd be nice to transfer them to my new character. :<

I would like to have the mog balls sendable from mules to main.

I mean, whats the point in winning rank 1 on a mule if you can't send it to your main and get that mythic weapon you really wanted, but almost impossible to get now?

Mog balls should goto the porter storage

Mog balls should goto the porter storage

Wait, what?

What's the point in putting them in a mule's porter storage, if they don't help/effect your main?

totally agree about adding more stuff to the deliverable menu. Basically, anything without variable augment or signed should be deliverable. And expand the number of delivery box slots, and AH slots for that matter, please!

Wait, what's wrong with the delivery system now? Or AH system?

Delivery system is fine by itself. You get a max of 8 items at once, but can hold up to what, 200 items overtime? When do you have 200 items waiting for you to collect?

Also, if you increase the number of items anyone can put on AH, that would increase supply for expendable items in the shortrun (shihei, food, quivers, etc.) which would cause people to stop crafting (increased supply with stagnate demand means lower prices, which is ok for the buyer, but sucky for the seller) which in turn lowers overall crafting skills in the game. People who quit with high crafting skills won't be replaced by those with little/no crafting skill, so although the supply will lower itself to today's levels, the need for high crafts will increase eventually, and prices for those crafts will be extremely high. And since it is such a huge moneysink to level some of the high-money crafts to 100 now, it would be almost impossible for new players to do so.

At least with this system, we can keep hold of our crafters now, while continue with the newer crafter replacing the ones who quit. Reasonably.

Can already mail signed items. Have been deliverable for years.

I'd like to be able to mail augmented items to my mule. Can't store them, let me mule them.

As for Auction House stuff...I already bypass slot limits using mules. But that's different topic for another thread.

the delivery box comment was related to having 5 90s right now and more on the way. I'd like to be able to send most-if not all-of a job gear set in 1 send, simply for speed of job change instead of having to mule multiple times to switch from my bard to my bst as an example. Granted, only wanting 12-16 slots would leave those who do multiple gear swaps flapping in the breeze, but since I don't swap for the most part I also don't care.

As to the AH, they spoke before about expanding the number of slots as well as the time it would stay up for sale. I know the effect on markets, but if they actually cared about the game economy from crafting they wouldn't have made abyssea in the 1st place, since atma replaces consumables and leeching replaces gear for so many these days. I might be in more of a hurry to level my sub-crafts to 60 if I didn't have to put stuff back up for sale every 3 days and pay a fee to do it since NPC purchase prices generally lose money. I simply wanted them to get on with it.

Well, I'd like to point out that this topic is for what is deliverable, not about increasing the amount of items we can send at once.

Strongly disagree. I think the intent for this system is to permit more storage options, not skip out on work and gear your mules anytime you feel the need to escape drama or whatnot. I've heard the "I just want to try a new race" excuse so many times it's getting old. Now, you may or may not be one of those people up to no good, but if there's one thing I know, it's people, and they don't like starting over. There's a reason we don't have race changes or name changes. It's called having an identity. It keeps most people that would be up to no good if they had total anonymity in check. Rep matters. And in a world where you can send end game gear to a mule, solo missions, get 90 in a few days, and really get everything you would want back completion wise with relative ease on a new character, it's more important than ever to NOT let people have their cake and eat it, too.

My space issues have been relieved BIG time with this change. That is enough.

Actually yes, I did want to start a new race. I was tired of being called a girl because of playing a female character so I made a male taru. -smiles-

Considering that Limbus and Dynamis aren't as strong as they use to be I don't see the point in causing drama in those zones only to change characters to avoid it.

The way I see it is that I did Dynamis for three years and I did limbus for about half a year with a small group of friends. I already put forth the hours and effort to collect the gear. In fact I even have the gear. It wasn't enjoyable getting the first time and I don't want to get it a second time.

The gear isn't the best anymore, Artifact through Relic +1. I'd just like to have access to it because I already obtained it. It'd be nice gear to wear until I finished Empyrean +1 and +2.

I do agree that we have a lot of storage options now and that's good.

More money on mule characters, one of the best ideas ever for a storage problem on a game that oozes situational gear.

In reality I would of been fine with $1-3 a month for a proper full on unlimited storage system, we are doing it anyway paying for the mules and at least it would of had all the bells and whistles of a fully implemented storage facility/bank.

1st off, you are right, while relic and such is no longer the best gear you can have it-along with sky/salvage/WoTG/MKT/ACP/ASA/a couple other odd-ball pieces-are all serviceable until you can get into your AF3+ gear, or other gear of that type. But you miss SE's point...

Abyssea to be in endgame in less than a week starting with a level 1 no subjob character is simply a hook to get new people in/bring old people with deleted chars back. Once you HAVE them back however SE needs to bring the time sink to keep those monthly fees rolling in. Considering the time it takes to acquire some of the above effective gear (and most of the level-comparable crafted stuff is just crap-if you can even find someone crafting it) so you have something to wear to get your AF3+ is one of their better time sinks. However, SE shot themselves in the foot there, too. 1 good Aby session (anything after your 1st 30 minute one) is usually enough to get a full Perle set, etc., which is generally enough to get you through to your AF3+, so only a few completionists really feel the need for any of the above.

Regardless, there is no incentive to being able to send this kind of gear to another character to equip without satisfying the time sink on SE's part.

100 million gil is the point?

Gil worthwhile anymore?

Because I do just fine without it. Why would I want 100 million gil when I can get a mythic?

Except, I can't transfer that Nirvana from the mule to my main.

Which is what I am suggesting here. And I doubt I'm the only one.

The problem with the sending marbles idea is that you'd be able to cycle marbles in your delivery box.

It is so easy to change your name in this game, that someone has to be pretty stupid to make a new character to hide who they are.

It's really not that serious to be able to mule over crap.

I wouldn't mind them adding extra stuff like the augmented sky stuff. My mule is my crafter to save on space. I could mule over my haidate n' stuff to have her synergy it, but then I wouldn't be able to send it back, which seemed a little weird to me. :/ (thank god I researched it before trying it lol!).

As to AF +1 though I believe the porter moogle takes them right? So that wouldn't make it necessary to mule.

The problem with the sending marbles idea is that you'd be able to cycle marbles in your delivery box.

So? If that is such a big deal, why not let certain items from MB rank 1s transferable?

I mean, its not like the level 85 Mythic/Emp/Relic weapons have any augumented stats on it.
