Trials which require a certain amount of something from each gear's respective event.
For example,
A trial for dynamis gear would involve collecting currency, or some other form of items, from enemies within dynamis.
*Stimulates dynamis and reason for going.
A trial for nyzul gear could involve collecting some form of item from nyzul.
This would stimulate nyzul and reason for going also.
Just some ideas for the devs, if they're thinking about doing trials for gear from these areas. Or are trials already available for them? >.>

No more moogles firing their lazer at the item please. In the case of Salvage Limbus etc. gear at least have the upgrade involve the original NPCs.

Yeah, I don't want magian trials for pre-magian trials gear, I want to upgrade them via another means, that isn't augments. You know, like af+1, and relic+1 armors.

For Salvage: Add new monsters and NMs that will present a challenge to lvl 90 players in Salvage areas which have conditional pop requirements (they don't pop unless you trigger them somehow). These would drop items that are traded to Ghanraam to upgrade them into the new gear. Additionally the new equipment could be given new skins and different names to differentiate it from the old gear.
For Limbus: Add optional "hard mode" versions of all areas and add items that drop from Ultima, Omega and the Basement in these areas which are used to pop a new boss (either a new model, or just a reskinned/renamed Ultima or Omega) which drops trophy items that are traded to Wilhelm to upgrade the Homam and Nashira into new more powerful versions (e.g. black Homam with silver trim instead of the original's red and gold) Also add new rewards for Ancient Beastcoins. Additionally, the hard mode Limbus areas could drop materials for upgrading AF1 and AF2 to +3 versions.

Let I.D. tags accumulate much like how traverser stones do so we can just do assaults/Nyzul as often as we want would be the best thing to happen outside Abyssea in ages.

Delivers "Non-Elemental" AoE Damage, that inflicts Blind, Paralysis, Slow, Silence, Stun, Bind, Curse, Virus, Petrify, Sleep, and Amnesia.
*deals 9999 DMG to all targets every cast*
Just a dream I've been having for awhile... Love "Ultima" spell in other FF's they need to bring it to XI and I'm pretty sure they will somehow.

I like that a lot more than just more trials. Wish I would've thought of it in my original post, lol!
