missing NPC dialog

Additional dialogue has been added for the Goblin NPCs that sell the key items required to enter Dynamis. These new lines will assist players by explaining the new system in detail.

I tried multiple NPCs and none of them have new dialog <.<;

Stupid question probably, but do you have the Vial of Shrouded Sand in your key items? Those darling little peddlers won't talk to you unless you do.
