I Have tried calling the support center and talking to GMs, and after 2 years I have yet to find a reslove.
In 2009 Square enix was ban happy. This was the point just after the salage bans. This was the period of banning people over credit cards and such where you had the support center opened on weekends do to the mass number of compaints. I had all 3 my accounts hit by this where to took 2 days to get back on the game.
2 weeks later i was called a RMT for trading to my self. Ever since then I was scard of making high vaule trades to friends like with dynamis coins and crafting like I had a lot of arrows made that are of high vaule.
I want to know how to get a reslove for my mule account for being banned becuse no one from the support center will contect me dispite saying they would and fix my account.
I am not a RMT, I did nothing to voliate the ToS, I do not even use windower scripts like 80% of the people do or bot. I want to know why I was told I was RMT when all i did was mule.
Can you also tell me where to post topics about lack of customer serivce by the support cetner and GMs?

I was banned August 3rd 2009 for "RMT related Activities" I have 3 accounts as well all linked to the same Square Enix account / Token. Only 1 Account was banned and still unable to get it back I did nothing at all wrong never used any 3rd party programs and never bought or sold gil.
We have identified RMT related activities of the account from our suspicious IP address investigation.
This account has been banned today because it is judged to be a member of doing cultivation systematically.
No idea what that means and if it was true all 3 accounts should of been banned.
It appears that your account has been banned. It was banned for irregular activity.
I guess leveling crafts, jobs, camping NMs, doing campaign, dynamis, missions, and other things is irregular!

This account was banned for RMT related activities. I have no more specific info than that.

Those numbers seem way too high. The Salvage Bans Ive read was a year of logs to know who was duplicating items and the ban numbers are very low compared to the other bannings.
Everyone that was Banned or Wrongfully banned for "RMT Related Activities" should get thier accounts back, Since you have no clue who is actually doing it.
I'm still willing to pay for it and buy all expansions I missed. (3 mini expansions & 3 abyssea add ons) But will not buy a new copy of the game and start over.
This Should be Addressed and fixed with at the very least an apology and maybe even throw in a free month for all accounts linked to the enix account!
All the Salvage bans people Deserve what they got wish they would do the same for windower people would make all servers have like 300 people total.
Customer Service is totally worthless wait on hold for 45+ minutes get someone that just hangs up on you.
Chat Support does the same thing.
I'm wondering if the server merges would of ever happened if it wasn't for that massive wrongful bannings with those numbers it was like 1-2 servers full of people worth of bans each month, and with those massive wrongful banning I see why FFXIV Failed they lost over 200,000 people that would of bought the game I bet, I was going to til this happened.

Is there a rep reading this? I want a different way to present my ban compaint other then the help center, they are not helping me

They aren't helping me at all either, its like they don't even care, it shouldn't be this hard to give them money.
Even sadder part is the single account people that were banned for nothing cant even post here because they don't have an active account.
SE please review the wrongful bans and address this issue we would love to keep playing!
