These bugs have been reported several times, along with DRK, WHM, and DNC AF1 and responded to by Dev's (although they have not actually agreed there is a problem except with the ??? in Behemoth's Dominion). The sentence you quote above only appears to address WAR AF1 and says nothing about ZM5.

We can only hope that this maintenance takes care of all of the above mentioned.
