Character restoration

So its been almost 3 months and its still down? i called customer service and they were not helpful at all... pretty much said it will be up when its up.... anyways has anyone heard when its going to be back up again? i really want to start playing this game again and would love to have my character back....

Nothing been posted about when it go back up, sorry giving you the same line as the customer service. Best bet check the dev tracker every now and then.
