You can have back, one time only, an item you would have tossed.
If you ask about the job quest, i don't think you can have one again.

Can buy one for 10k from the Taru NPC involved in the job quest.

actually pretty sure you can, there should be a npc that you can buy one for like 10k, either in the automation shop or the npc that takes care of most of the af quest.
