Wings of the Goddess Movie

I've been wondering for a while now if its just me or if there are more ppl who would love to see a movie of the entire Wings of the Goddess Story Line.
Every single cutscene was stunning and contained everything from cheerful humor over exciting action to a breathtaking romantic and emotion. And I did not even mention the soundtrack yet which alone makes it worth to watch all cutscenes over and over again.
Because of that I dont think that a movie about this would only please Final Fantasy XI players and fans.
Since there has been animated films about Final Fantasy content before (Advent Children :P) I hope there are more people that feel about this like I do and maybe SE sees this thread and notices that so many people enjoyed Wings of the Goddess so much that maybe they think about a movie about this story line. (Hume Male as as main character and Lilisette's partner prefered :P)

They did for a Chrono Trigger fan remake years ago. So probably.

I think one of the disappointments I've had with FFXI graphically, is that after the initial opening CS to the game I expected something like that for each expansion opening/ending.

A ffxi mini series in the style of Final Fantasy Unlimited would be kinda neat too.

Actually, FFXI could make an animated movie for every expansion to date and I'd be ready to spend my $20-30 on it lol.

The only storyline that does not feature elvaan in overly heroic roles. Though I'd have to ask them to kill off Gadalar and finally give us a Tarutaru Serpent General.

Trio...ahem..."Raillefal" doesn't count? Also, who was this overly heroic elvaan in Rise of the Zilart, I don't recall one? Also, there's a height requirement for being a serpent general, you have to be able to be visible from the top of stuff to inspire the troops, tarus can't do that (no one wants to look down to be inspired).

Would be interesting to see a game that uses the mass effect/dragon age formula, and would be an excellent way to give us the far east and all those other places we haven't seen as of yet.

As far as FFXI based movies. Heck yes. If done right there could be an animated trilogy, and get in each main job with character development. Give it some good voice acting, a decent screenplay and I'd be all over that.

Personally I think the main protagonist adventurer should be something zany, such as a Female Hume THF. But most likely would be a Male Elvaan PLD with spikey hair :P
