So I sold two of the same item for the same amount shortly before the emergency maintenance... After the maintenance when the delivery system was back up and running I only received one of the payments from the Auction House...

Same, it says my Emperor Hairpin sold for 300,000 gil, and not a single gil of that is in my mog house. Really hoping I won't be shafted out of that. ._.

Exact same problem never recieved 180k for 2 astral rings sold and didn't recieve it.

Same problem here. Four items sold overnight in AH, but no gil showed up in Delivery Box.

Scorpion Harness +1 (380k)
Flask of Poison Potion x12 (11k - 2 stacks)
GM call placed @ 3:35pm est. Gonna spam this until an answer is given to us here or in game. >.>

I just got an answer from a GM, they said please allow 24 hours to receive the gil...
It would appear that if your item sold before a certain time the gil is in your delivery box, otherwise the system hasn't caught up to itself and your gil is pending somewhere waiting to be delivered... (Hopefully within the next 24 hours...)

Ah, good to see it's at least still in the pipeline. I've got at least 820k in phantom gil at the moment(just going by my listed prices, didn't look to see what any of it actually sold for). You might want to stick a system message in at log-in to let people know their gil is on it's way.
edit- My stuff started trickling in about an hour ago, so it should all be good.

I put an ingame call to GM about this and got a message back saying that the maintenance put a delay on the stuff of 24 hours. So I'd say if you didn't get your gil by then to start this back up.

Dittio, I sold a few items in Bastok, and no return in Delivery Box.
/sigh
I should have known, they messed with both the AH AND the Delivery Box at the same time, something was sure to break.

Just got my 300k from my Emperor Hairpin sale. Seems the missing sales are slowly catching up.

Thank you for posting your concerns about the delivery system. After reviewing this matter, it was found that this may have been a result of all of the delivery information being backed-up from the server mergers. Considering all of the information that is involved, some latency in the delivery of items may occur. If you do continue to have issues with receiving items or gil in the delivery system after the next 48 hours, I recommend submitting a detailed report about your experiences in a new thread, and the information will be passed along for you.
