As of May 10, 2011, we have confirmed the following issue. Investigation and recovery work is currently underway. We ask for your patience in this matter until the issues have been resolved.

- Under certain conditions, items may be mistakenly delivered to characters.
* While the matter is being investigated, we will temporarily suspend the delivery service. The delivery service as well as the mailbox functions are currently unavailable.
* This issue was resolved by the emergency maintenance conducted on May 10, 2011 at 10:00 (PDT). The delivery service as well as the mailbox functions are now functioning as normal.
