The following job traits and attributes will see their maximum level of effectiveness adjusted by equipment, magic, and/or job abilities.

Critical Hit Rate / Critical Hit Damage / Kick Attacks /

has anyone seen and actual change? also if your meriting hth from the glitch expect it to be nerfed * not going to stop me from walking around with 400 hth skill for a day but heads up*

Well reguarding a post a moderator had made earlier when everyone was fearful about the VIT and Crit Hit Damage thing, he said all the adjustments would be beneficial to players. I imagine they're raising some of the hard/soft caps to make our non-abyssea experiences a little more manageable.

remove 2kick limit per round? (somebody with oa4 and footwork can test?)
or just a new tier

I've messed around with it a bit, but it still looks like its limited to two kicks per round. I could have just missed it since I was too busy part of the time to give it 100% attention.
