Storage of Nyzul Weapons question

"In addition if you can not yet begin the tasks to upgrade the weapons, they may be stored with Ghanraam in exchange for 1 Imperial Bronze Piece per weapon, although this will also erase any weaponskill point data associated with that weapon."

My question is this:

I have 4 latent broken Nyzul weapons that I thought I would store and 2 not started at all.

Would storage of the 4 that are broken remove the WS associated with them?

I didn't store them because there was a very clear message when trading and the above quote from wiki is not entirely clear, at least not to me. :)

Unlocked is unlocked. Basically, the issue with storing the weapons is that any data stored on the weapon: Progress on a trial, WS points, signatures, augments, all those things cannot be stored with the weapon itself, since NPC storage works by basically going "Is this item in storage or no?", and doesn't actually regard anything specific about the weapon. Once the quest is completed, however, the weapon has served its purpose and you may either turn it into a mythic, dispose of it, or store it as you please.
