Maybe I missed it in the update notes but I didn't see any mention of campaign battle adjustments or changes to drops etc or anything about being able to stare the K crests high k crests

there was mention in the past i had thought about implementing both of these this version update and to me were 2 of the things i was greatly looking forward to ...

It's mentioned at the start of DEV1014 along with the new battlefields.

The NPC Shami in Port Jeuno will accept Kindred’s Crests and High Kindred’s Crests.

yeah... I hope that at least the KC/HKC storage is coming with this update. Forget exactly what was said about them. But it would free up like 8 storage slots for me atm if they did.

Edit:
I think what is throwing people off is they did a lot of linking back to the older DEV threads, and didn't specifically list what was added like they've done in the past. The way they are releasing details is just plain awkward now. Wish they would still do the newsletter style posts like they used to do on POL too. Oh well....but in the 5/02 Dev Thread, the did say Shami would be accepting the seals. Perhaps there is a campaign adjustment dev thread out there too that is getting implemented. just don't feel like digging for it, as I just relaly hit campaign to maintain medal status anymore.

No, they have no plans to adjust campaign for quite some time.

Camate posted in that thread about how they had no information about campaign adjustments and that the dev team is/was focused on the update that is currently occuring.

yes but also was mentioned from SE official sitethat was going to be a revision of campaign 03/07/2011

Q: It seems to me Campaign hasn't been seeing much version update action lately, like a reliable if wrinkly veteran replaced by young blood on the battlefront. Are Campaign's glory days over, or are there still plans to breathe new life into the system?

A: We would like to reassure players that Campaign's leal service has not gone unnoticed, nor the fortitude born of experience that this grizzled veteran brings to the battlefield. Various adjustments are in the pipes for the trusty system, some of which are scheduled for the upcoming major version update.

maybe they got sidetracked with messing with the land HNM gods may they rest in peace :( but sure would of beennice to have something this update had my hopes up about this something to do when bored and messing with some my friends outside abyssea

Now that's a total let down. I'm also confused now and want some answers. If this update isn't the major update, I don't know what is.

:( I like campaign. I'll probably continue to play around in the past, but I enjoy being as part of a big group there, so encouraging other people there would be a bonus. :D Saying that, I don't struggle much to get friends down there.

To be an optimist, perhaps the update after this one?

I agree, I completely disliked this new style of formatting for the update notes. I prefer the old style. It was much cleaner, easier to read and understand. With the forum post with all the Dev track numbers, upon first reading it, it looked as if there wasn't that much being added.
