New Food idea

We got food that give us a boost in different ways like accuracy attack stat boost.
We also got food that when eaten effects the group.

So here is an idea.

Why not have food that also effects your pets.
Be it a BST SMN DRG PUP and NPC friends.

An example would be like this:

Angels Delight
User: INT+5 MP+20
Pet: Magic Acc +5 Magic Att +5

Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding
User: STR+5 Attack +15%
Pet: Attack+10% Range Attack+10%

Something along them sort of line.
Where you get the benefit of the food and the pet also gets something for it as well.

That aside, I think Pet foods would be a wonderful idea. Its a generally untapped area. unfortunately with the item "Lancer's Plackart +2" giving Wyverns food Effects, I don't think SE has any plans in the near future to give us Food that helps our pets.

Melee get pretty awesome food, curry (buns), pizza, sushi, meat dishes. these all give significant and varied bonuses to melee damage.

What do mages get? +7 INT.

Or you could use mushroom stuff and get MP and -enmity ....

Fruit pies like Mellon pies are used for blm because of there int and mp.
But it would be nice if there add some sort of MAB or Magic Acc to them fruit pies.

Sure there are other 'mage' foods, but the only one anyone cares about is cream puffs, whereas DDs have a wide variety of different, useful foods depending on their needs.

There's not really a red curry bun equivalent in mage foods.

You know, Urats point aside (Cause he may be right, a lot of food is untested), I had some thoughts lately, and came up with a rather "basic" solution to adding food for Pets. While it would take time to add (as any food does), they could ease their troubles a little by making similar items/recipes, but with a bonus to Pets. Like this (note, Since its a "Pet and master" food, The Recipe simply adds a "Second proportion" to the Recipe)

A Kabob enjoyed by pet lovers everywhere.

Trainer's Kabob
A Kabob so delicious, you and your pet are drooling at the mouth at just the thought of it!

and so on, one with Tacos(DEF), etc, This covers "Basic Foods". Now i haven't forgotten about the mage foods. But those should be new! I thought they could add (hr) Chicken to the game. ("Chicken Bones" already exist, stands to reason maybe chickens are somewhere <___<? oh wait EXCAVATION) Anyway.
